In Khost Province, the divine order of Qisas (retaliation) was carried out on a murderer
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
الحمد لله و کفی والصلاة والسلام علی عباده الذین اصطفی اما بعد:
قال الله تبارك وتعالى: وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاة يا أولي الألباب لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ (البقرة: ۱۷۹)
Translation: For you, O people of intellect, there is life in Qisas (retaliation), so that you may attain piety.
و ايضاً قال الله تعالى: وَمَن قُتِلَ مَظْلُومًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِيْهِ سُلْطَانًا فَلَا يُسْرِف فِي الْقَتْلِ - إِنَّهُ كَانَ مَنصُورًا (الاسراء: ۳۳)
And who ever kills the oppressed; we have given his heir the right to seek (Qisas),
So, he should not overdo it in killing, he will be helped.
Today a murderer was sentenced to retaliation punishment (Qisas) in the sport stadium In Khost province.
The murderer, Mangal, son of Tala Khan, grandson of Rahmat Khan, originally from the Sajank area of Said Karam district of Paktia province, and a current resident of the Kuzi Abukhani area of Alishero and Terezio district of Khost province., He had deliberately killed Abdul Rahman, son of Zabit, grandson of Ali Khan, an original and current resident of the Kuzi Abukhana area of Alishero and Terezio district of Khost.
The case was examined very precisely and repeatedly by three courts of Islamic emirate (Primary, appellate and Tamiz) in different ways; as a result, the order of retaliation (Qisas) was issued and approved. This case was represented to the Amirul Muminin Shaikh – ul Hadis Mowlawi Hibatullah “Akhunzada” for its approval, after an extraordinary investigation by Amirul Muminin Hifzahullah was also conducted on this case with the final caution.
The family of the victims was offered the option of forgiveness and reconciliation, but after they refused and insisted on Qisas, the order for the implementation of the divine ruling of Qisas was issued.
At the end the order of Qisas was given due to the Sharia ruling on the murderer and it was directed to the supreme court of Islamic Emirate to implement this order today 11th of Jumada al-Akhirah 1447 AH in the sport stadium in Khost.
For the implementation of this ruling, and under the instruction of the Honorable Sheikh Abdul Hakim “Haqqani”, Chief Justice and Head of the Supreme Court, a delegation led by the director of criminal division of the supreme court Honorable Mufti Atiqullah “Darwish” traveled to Khost Province.
The gathering was attended by the head of the Khost Appellate Court, honorable Mawlawi Ain Ullah (Khalil); the Governor of Khost, honorable Mawlawi Abdullah (Mukhtar); numerous officials from other emirate institutions; and a large number of members of the public.
At the conclusion of the gathering, prayers were made for the strengthening of national security, for the people’s better access to their legitimate rights, and for the proper implementation of Islamic Sharia throughout the country.
It should be noted that in this murder case, the three courts and the honorable leadership of the Islamic Emirate had also ordered the implementation of the divine ruling of Qisas against two other criminals. However, since some of the heirs of the victims reside outside the country and were not present, the implementation of the divine ruling of Qisas against those criminals was postponed, in accordance with Sharia provisions, until the presence of the heirs of the victims.
