رئيس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت سرپل از محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی صياد آن ولايت دیدار نمود

 محترم الحاج مفتی عبدالمجید (رحیمی) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت سرپل؛ با همراهی مولوی ریاس الدین (منصور) رئیس دیوان جزا مرافعه و مولوی فضل الحق عضو مفتی دیوان جزا مرافعه به تاريخ ۲۱ /۲ / ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق از محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی صیاد آن ولایت بازدید نمود.
رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه در ابتداء از اندراج، کتاب وارده، صادره و دوسیه‌های محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی صیاد دیدن نمود.
موصوف در ادامه در مورد تقویت روند رسیدگی به امور مراجعین در این محکمه رهنمائی و هدايت لازم را به مسؤولين آن محکمه ارائيه نمود.
