تحت رهبری رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت تخار جلسۀ همآهنگی دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم الحاج مولوی محمدیوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت تخار با اشتراک رؤسای دیوان‌های مرافعه و آمر ثبت اسناد و وثایق مرکز به تاریخ 21/ 3/ 1446 هـ ق جهت رسیدگی به استهداآت واصله جلسۀ هماهنگی دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیت از کلام الله مجید آغاز یافت؛ در ادامۀ جلسه استهداآت که از ریاست محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری و شماری از محاکم ولسوالی‌ها مواصلت ورزیده بود با درنظرداشت طرزالعمل مقام عالی ستره محکمه مورد غور قرارگرفت، در رابطه به آن تصامیم شرعی و اصولی اتخاذ گردید و غرض اجراآت بعدی به مراجع مربوطه محول گردید.
