د کندهار زون د نظامي محکمې د عمومي رئیس محترم مولوي محمدګل (صیاد) په مشرۍ یوه پلاوي په ۳/۴/۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه د بندیانو د وضعیت معلومولو په موخه د کندهار له عمومي زندان څخه لیدنه وکړه.
یاد پلاوي د خپلو مربوطه زندانیانو سره وکتل او د هغوی د وضعیت او اړوند دوسیو په اړه یې بشپړ معلومات وکړل.
دغه راز محترم مولوي محمدګل (صیاد) زندانیانو ته اصلاحي وینا وکړه او دوی ته یې ډاډ ورکړ چې دوسیو ته به یې له ځنډ پرته په ټاکلي وخت رسېدنه کېږي.
