به اساس فيصله محکمهٔ ابتدائيه ولسوالی فرخار به شمول يک زن بالای دو تن که متهم بر زنا بودند؛ امروز یکشنبه مٶرخ ۱۷/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائيه متهمين مذکور را به ۳۹ ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين حکم بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق شد.
