به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی فرخار ولايت تخار به شمول يک زن بالای دو تن که متهم بر زنا بودند؛ امروز دوشنبه مؤرخ ۲/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق در چمن شاروالی ولسوالی متذکره حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه هر دو متهم را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين حکم بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين در محضر عام تطبيق شد.
