به اساس فیصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی درقد ولايت تخار، امروز يکشنبه (مؤرخ ۱۵/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق) بالای دو تن که متهم بر لواطت و سرقت بودند؛ در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه متهمين مذکور را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق شد.
