جلسۀ اداری بین مسؤولین محاکم ولایت بادغیس برگزار گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس؛ با حضورداشت مولوی عبدالله (فانی) رئیس دیوان جزاء محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری و مولوی صفی الله (حلیمی) عضو مفتی دیوان جزاء محکمۀ مرافعه به تاریخ ۲۴ /۵ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق جلسۀ اداری برگزار گردید.
رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه در اين جلسه ابتداء به اشتراک کنندگان جلسه ضمن خوش آمدید سخنان همه جانبه ارائيه نمود.
در ادامه رئیس دیوان جزاء محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری در مورد فضیلت قضاء و عضو مفتی دیوان جزاء محکمۀ مرافعه متحدالمآل نمبر (۱۱) سال۱۴۴۳ هـ ق، متحدالمآل نمبر (۸) سال۱۴۴۴هـ ق و متحدالمآل نمبر(۹) سال ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه تشریح نمودند.
جلسه به دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
