به اساس فيصله محکمه ابتدائيه ولسوالی علی آباد ولايت کندز بالای یک تن که متهم بر سرقت بود؛ به تاريخ ۲۶/ ۷/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری در محضر عام تطبيق شد.
محکمه ابتدائيه متهم مذکور را به يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
