په فراه ولايت کې درېيو مجرمينو او متهمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د فراه ولايت بالابلوک ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې يو کس ته د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم او دوو کسانو ته چې پر غلا متهم وو؛ په ۱۰/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې د یادو کسانو له ډلې یو مجرم پر ۳۹ دُرو او دوه متهمين پر ۲۰ـ ۲۰ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې ياده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته تطبيق شوه.
تعزیري سزا د ابتدائیه محکمې په انګړ کې د قضائي پلاوي او نورو اړوند مسؤولینو په شتون کې تطبيق شوه.
