حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت سرپل تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی‌های الجهاد و گوسفندی ولايت سرپل به تاريخ ۱۴۴۶/۱۰/۲۵هـ ق به شمول یک زن بالای دو تن به جرم داشتن ارتباط نامشروع حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
از جمله مجرمین، محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی الجهاد یک مجرم را به (۲) سال حبس تنفیذی و (۲۹) دُره و مجرم دوم از سوی محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی گوسفندی به (۱) سال حبس تنفیذي و (۲۵) دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم شده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور اعضائی قضائی، کارمندان اداری، خدماتی، پرسونل نظامی و مراجعین در مقر محکمه مرافعه این ولایت تطبيق شد.
