جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی نورمحمد (نوری) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دواوین مرافعه، رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری و آمر حقوق محکمۀ مرافعه، غرض بررسی استهداآت  واصله و عرایض مراجعین به تاریخ ۷ /۱۲ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین مرافعه دایر گردید.
 ابتداء جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط یک تن از اشتراک کنندگان آغاز شد؛ سپس روی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین تمرکز صورت گرفت؛ که بعد از غور اعضاء جلسه احکام و هدایات‌شان را با رعایت قوانین شرعی و مصوبات ریاست محترم عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه احکام و هدایت فرمودند.
در ادامه به تحریرات وظیفه داده شد، تا احکام رؤسای مرافعه را به مراجع مستهدی نسبت اجراآت مقتضی ارجاع نمایند.
