رئیس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولایت کاپیسا از محبس مرکزی آن ولایت بازدید نمود

محترم مولوی عزیز الرحمن (حقانی) رئیس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولایت کاپیسا؛ با همراهی مولوی جمعت الله نماینده مقام ولایت، مولوی محمد عادل نماینده استخبارات، مولوی صاحب الله نماینده قوماندانی امنیه و مولوی سراج الدین (راشد) عضو مفتی دیوان جزاء محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ، به تاریخ (16 و 17 ربیع الأول سال 1447 هـ ق) از محبس مرکزی آن ولایت بازدید نمود.
 در این بازدید ابتداء به گونه انفرادی با محبوسین طبقه اناث، ذکور و محجوزین ملاقات صورت گرفت، سپس رهنمود محبوسین مورد تطبیق قرار گرفت. 
همچنان برای محبوسین از طرف رئیس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ نصایح مهم بیان گردید، تا خود را اصلاح نموده و اشخاص سالم به جامعه تقدیم شوند.
