حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت فارياب تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت فارياب تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ پشتونکوت ولايت فاریاب بالای دو تن به اساس داشتن جرم ارتباط نامشروع؛ به تاريخ ۲۶/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به يک ـ یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ مذکور، اعضای قضائی، علماء کرام، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی و جمع کثیری مردم عام بالای مجرمین تطبيق شد.
