په پکتیا ولايت کې يوې مجرمې ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د پکتيا ولايت زرمت ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې يوې ښځې ته د اخلاقي فساد په جرم؛ نن چهارشنبه (۲۸/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق) نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې ياده مجرمه پر يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکومه کړې وه؛ چې دغه پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر یادې مجرمې تطبيق شوه.
د ابتدائیه محکمې دغه حکم د یادې ابتدائیه محکمې په انګړ کې د ولسوال، امنيه قوماندان، استخباراتو مدیر، علماوو شورا رئیس، امربالمعروف آمر، قومي مشرانو، مسؤولینو او مجاهدینو په حضور کې تطبيق شو.
