قامت رئاسة دار الإفتاء بالمحكمة العليا خلال الربع الثاني من سنة ١٤٤٧هـ بأنشطة مهمّة، وفيما يلي تفاصيلها:
١ ـ خلال الربع الثاني من عام ١٤٤٧هـ، أصدرت رئاسة دار الإفتاء (١٦) فتوى شرعية في مسائل مختلفة، وقد أفاد منها جميع القضاة وأعضاء الهيئات القضائية في المحاكم، استرشاداً بالتوجيهات الشرعية، واعتمادا عليها كأساس شرعيّ مُستند للفصل في الدعاوى.
