حکم جزای تعزیری بالای سه متهم در ولايت کاپيسا تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای سه متهم در ولايت کاپيسا تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی کوهبند ولايت کاپيسا بالای سه تن به اتهام سرقت؛ به تاريخ ۲۰/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهمين را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۵ـ ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور مولوی محمد عمر (حقانی) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه؛ اعضای قضائی، مسؤولين دیگر ادارات امارتی، مجاهدین، کارمندان و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
