د زابل ولايت شملزو ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې مسؤولينو په هڅو د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه

د زابل ولایت شملزو ولسوالي ابتدائيه محکمې د مسؤلینو په ډېرو هڅو؛ د مصلحينو د پرېکړې سره سم د دوو کورنيو ترمنځ رامنځته شوې د قتل موضوع، په ۲۴/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه حل او فصل شوه.
یاده موضوع د شملزو ولسوالۍ د (تروو) په سيمه کې رامنځته شوې وه؛ وروسته ابتدائیه محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه.
ورپسې د مسؤولینو په هڅو د دواړوطرفونو په رضایت یاده موضوع مصلحینو ته راجع شوه؛ د مصلحينو د پرېکړې له مخې د قاتل کورنۍ لخوا د مقتول وارثینو ته ديت ورکړل شو او موضوع يې رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
