به اساس فیصلۀ دیوان جزا محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت بامیان بالای دو تن به اتهام سرقت؛ امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۲۳ /۹ /۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزا تعزیری تطبیق شد.
دیوان جزا مجرمین را به یک - یک سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۵- ۳۵ دُره جزا تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که این فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور مسؤولین محاکم و ادارات دیگرامارتی و مردم عام بالای متهمين تطبیق شد.
