به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی حضرت سلطان ولايت سمنگان بالای چهار تن به شمول دو زن به جرم فرار از منزل و اتهام زنا، امروز سه شنبه (مؤرخ ۱۳/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه چهار مجرم و متهم را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه؛ در حضور مجاهدین، مسؤولین ادارات امارتی مردم عام تطبيق شد.
