به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی خاش ولايت بدخشان بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ به تاريخ ۴/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهمين را به يک ـ یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که متهمین مذکور به این فيصله قناعت نموده و بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای اش تطبيق شد.
