د کونړ ولايت مرافعه محکمې اړوند د ښاري ابتدائيه محکمې رئيس محترم ظاهرالله (مروان)؛ د یادې محکمې د جزا دېوان رئيس مفتي عزت الله (جواد) او د عامه امنیت دېوان رئيس مولوي محیب الله (محسن) په ملتيا د عالیقدر اميرالمؤمنين (حفظه‌الله‌تعالی) د ۸ /۴ /۱۴۴۸هـ ق نېټې او (۴۴۴) ګڼې حکم په اساس، په ۸ /۵ /۱۴۴۸هـ ق نېټه د دغه ولایت له توقیف‌خونو څخه ليدنه وکړه.
یاد پلاوي د استخباراتو ریاست اړوند توقیف‌خونې څخه ليدنه وکړه، چې په یاده توقیف‌خونه کې بندیانو شتون نه درلود.
د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې رئيس د دې لیدنې پر مهال اړوند مسئولینو ته له بندیانو سره د ښه چلند په اړه لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې.
