گزارش بازدید از محابس و زندانیان ولایت نیمروز

به تاریخ۱۴۰۱/۷/۲۵هـ ش مطابق با۱۴۴۴/۳/۲۱هـ ق یک هیئت تحت رهبری شیخ عبدالخالق "امدادالحق" رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه و با اشتراک مولوی عبیدالله "عالمگیر" رئیس عمومی محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری ولایت نیمروز و رؤسای دواوین هر دو ریاست از محبس عمومی نظارت‌خانه ریاست استخبارات و جنائی دیدن نموده‌اند.

رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه هدف از این بازدید را نظارت از بررسی اوضاع و احوال زندانیان بی‌سرنوشت، چگونگی رفتار مجاهدین با محکومین و نظارت از شرایط صحی، خوراک و پوشاک محبوسین و محکومین و همچنان برداشتن گام‌های عملی در راستای رفع چالش‌های موجوده در بخش محبوسین، محکومین و کسانی که تحت نظارت و توقیف قرار دارند خواند.

این دیدار با استماع مشکلات زندانیان با ارائیه‌ای راهکارها و اتخاذ تصامیم لازم توسط رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت نیمروز و قضات این ولایت به پایان رسید.
