رئیس عمومى محکمه مرافعه ولايت کندز از زندان اين ولايت ديدن و نظارت نمود

 

به تاریخ ۱۶/ ۳/ ١٤٤٥ هـ ق محترم مولوی نور محمد نوری رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت کندز همراه با مولوی سمیع الحق (حقانی) عضو محرر دیوان امنیت عامه محکمه مرافعه از ریاست زندان ولایت کندز ديدن و نظارت نمودند. هدف از اين ديدن و نظارت محبوسین بی سرنوشت بوده، لله الحمد کدام زندانی بی سرنوشت در زندان کندز موجود نبود. در ادامه اين نظارت رئیس عمومى محکمه مرافعه با محبوسین مصاحبه نمود، عده از توقیف شده گان و زندانیان از دوسیه های شان که تحت غور محاکماتی ریاست محکمۀ ابتدائیه نظامی زون کندز، دواوین ریاست محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری و ریاست محکمۀ ابتدائیه ولسوالی چهار دره و سایر محاکم مربوطه قرار داشت مطرح و عرایض شان را غرض رفع مشکلات شان تقدیم نمودند.

 در اخر هم زندانيان از سلوک و رفتار مسؤلین ریاست زندان کدام شکایت نداشتند و از رفتار شان خوش بودند.
