د یکشنبې په ورځ (۲۴/جمادی الثانیه /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق) نېټه د افغانستان اسلامي امارت د سترې محکمې د رئیس او قاضي القضات محترم شیخ عبدالحکیم (حقاني) صاحب په مشرۍ د سترې محکمې د عالي شورا فوق العاده ناسته ترسره شوه.
د سترې محکمې د عالي شورا په دې ناسته کې د عالي شورا غړو محترم شیخ محمدقاسم (راسخ)صاحب، محترم شیخ عبدالمالک (حقاني) صاحب، محترم شیخ خیرجان (خیرخواه) صاحب، محترم شیخ محمد شریف (حقاني) صاحب او محترم مفتي عبدالرشید (سعید) صاحب ګډون درلود.
د عالي شورا په دې فوق العاده ناسته کې د څو مهمو موضوعاتو په اړه تفصیلي خبرې وشوې.
د سترې محکمې د عالي شورا یاده ناسته د دعاء په ویلو سره پای ته ورسېده.
