جلسۀ محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت کندز داير گرديد

 به تاریخ ۲۰ /۷ /۱۴۴۵هـ ق جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین استینافی تحت ریاست محترم مولوی نور محمد (نوری) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت کندز غرض بررسی استهداآت واصله تدویر یافت.
اين جلسه بنام خداوند عادل و توانا آغاز گردید، بعداً استهداآت واصله مورد غور و مداقه رؤسای استینافی قرار گرفت، در نتیجه حاضرین جلسه نظریات و هدایات شان را در مطابقت به احکام شرعی و مصوبات ریاست محترم عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه هدایت فرموده‌اند.
در ادامۀ اين جلسه به تحریرات هدایت داده‌شد، تا هدایات حاضرین رؤسای استینافی را به مراجع مربوط نسبت تعمیل ارجاع نماید.
