د زابل د شهرصفا ولسوالۍ د ابتدائيه محکمې په هڅو د مقتول کورنۍ قاتل ته بخښنه وکړه

د زابل ولايت د شهرصفا ولسوالۍ اړوند سیمه کې په ۱۱ /۹ /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق نېټه یوه ترافیکي پېښه رامنځته شوې وه چې په پايله کې يې يو تن په شهادت رسېدلی و، د يادې پېښې موضوع په ۲۵/ رمضان المبارک د شهرصفا ولسوالۍ ابتدائيه محکمې ته راجع شوه.
ياده پېښه د شهرصفا ولسوالۍ د ابتدائيه محکمې د قاضي مولوي عزيزالله (اخندزاده) په ډېرو هڅو، د علماء کرامو او قومي مشرانو په منځګړيتوب حل شوه؛ د مقتول کورنۍ لخوا قاتل ته بخښنه وشوه.
د يادونې وړ ده چې دغه (۱۵)مه د قتل موضوع ده، چې د شهرصفا ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې د رئیس او قضا‎ئي غړو په هڅو حل او فصل کېږي.
