د زابل ولایت د شنکۍ ولسوالۍ د ابتدائيه محکمې د مسؤولينو په هڅو او قومي مشرانو په منځګړيتوب په ۱۰/ ۳/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه، د قتل یوه موضوع چې شپږ کاله مخکې په یاده ولسوالۍ کې رامنځته شوې وه، حل او فصل شوه.
یاده موضوع د شنکۍ ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې د رئيس مولوي محمد (شفیق)، د یادې ولسوالۍ ولسوال، امنیه قوماندان، د استخباراتو د نظارت مسؤول په هڅو او د شنکۍ، اتغر او سيوري ولسواليو د قومي مخورو په منځګړيتوب حل شوه.
په دې موضوع کې د مقتول کورنۍ ته ديت ورکړل شو او قضیه د دواړو طرفونو په خوشحالۍ او رضایت سره پای ته ورسېده.
