جلسۀ رؤسای دواوين محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولايت کندز دایر گرديد

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی نورمحمد (نوری) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ به اشتراک رؤسای دواوین استینافی محکمۀ مرافعه، رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری به تاريخ ۴/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق پیرامون اجراآت قضائی، بررسی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین استینافی دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز شد؛ بعداً روی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین تمرکز صورت گرفت، در نتیجه حاضرین جلسه احکام و هدایات شان را با رعایت قوانین شرعی و مصوبات ریاست محترم عمومی دارالانشاء مقام محترم عالی ستره محکمه احکام و هدایت فرموده‌اند.
در پایان جلسه به تحریرات وظیفه داده شد؛ تا احکام رؤسای استینافی را به مراجع مستهدی مربوط غرض اجراآت مقتضی ارجاع نماید.
