حکم جزای تعزیری بالای پنج مجرم و متهم در ولايت کاپيسا تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای پنج مجرم و متهم در ولايت کاپيسا تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی حصۀ اول کوهستان ولايت کاپيسا، بالای پنج تن به شمول دو زن به جرم داشتن روابط نامشروع و اتهام لواطت، به تاريخ ۱۴/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين و متهمين را از شش ماه تا يک و نيم سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور شیخ محمد شاکر (عابد) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی،  مسؤولین ادارات امارتی و مردم عام تطبیق شد.
این گردهمائی با دعاء مفتی محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ مذکور خاتمه يافت.
