جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک همۀ رؤسای دواوین مرافعه، به تاریخ 27 /5 /1447هـ ق غرض رسیدگی به استهداآت واصله محاکم مربوطه و عرایض مراجعین، جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط یکتن از اشتراک کنندگان آغاز شد؛ سپس استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین بالترتیب مورد غور و بررسی اعضاء نشست قرارگرفت.
در ادامه جلسه اعضاء نشست نظریات را در مطابقت به احکام شرعی و متحدالمآل‌های ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه، هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات هدایت داده شد؛ تا احکام رؤسای استینافی را به مراجع مستهدی غرض اجراآت بعدی ارجاع نماید.
