د کونړ ولايت مرافعه محکمې رئيس محترم مولوي عبدالکریم (شعیب) په مشرۍ؛ د ولایت مرستیال والي، د ولسوالیو ولسوالانو او همدارنګه د نورو رسمي ادارو استازو په ګډون، په ۲۵/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۸هـ ق نېټه د رؤیت هلال هيئت ترمنځ د همغږۍ غونډه وشوه.
یاده غونډه د قرآنکریم د څو مبارکو آیاتونو په تلاوت پیل شوه؛ ورپسې د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د پیل وینا کړه وویل، د عالیقدر امیرالمؤمنین (حفظه‌الله‌تعالی) د هدایت موافق باید د هرې میاشتې په پای کې یاده غونډه ترسره شي.
دغه راز په غونډه کې په دې ټینګار وشو، چې د اړوند ادارو استازي باید په صادقانه ډول غونډې ته حاضر شي او له غیر حاضرۍ څخه ډډه وکړي.
غونډه د دعاء په ویلو پای ته ورسېده.
