The head of the Kapisa appellate court traveled to Najarab district to bring peace between a number of families.

On Wednesday, 15/5/1445 AH, Mawlwi Mir Aqa Famous on Zabihullah (Khaled), the head of the Kapisa appellate court, accompanied by Mufti Abdul Rauf (Sadat), the head of the urban court, Mufti Sirajuddin (Rashed), the mufti of the criminal division of the appellate court, and Mufti Muhammad Qabel, the mufti of the public security division of the urban court, traveled to the Geyawa area of Nijrab district to bring peace and reconciliation between the numbers of families who had been quarreling for a long time.
During delegations traveling to this district, the long-term conflict and enmity between several families, which had been quarreling for a long time and led to the injury of a large number of young people and women, was ended after the efforts of the reformers of the region and the intervention of the head of the Kapisa appellate court. They promised each other that after this, there would be no quarrel between us.
Then, the head of the appellate court of Kapisa, during his speech to the residents of "Giyaveh," said that, Alhamdullah, today is the rule of the Sharia, the leaders want to apply the Sharia, and we seek sharia whenever there is a dispute between Muslim brothers. Based on the verses of the Holy Qur'an, "والصلح خیر ", there is welfare in peace; trying to bring peace between them.
He said that if there is a conflict among Muslims anywhere within the country, so that we even make it possible, as you can see today, that Giyaveh district is the farthest point of Najarab district, we must travel and solve their quarreling. We attended this meeting with a group of judges because of the happiness of the people.
The head of the appellate court of Kapisa added, that after the ruler of Islamic Emirate and due to the guidance of Amirul Mominin Hifhullah if there is conflict between families from long lime should be resolved through mediation of Ulima’s, the people of Geyawa are still brave and the history know this. 
Then the head of the urban courts added that there was a revolution in Afghanistan in the last 40 years, that is, from the time of my birth until the conquest, except for five years during the previous Islamic Emirate under the leadership of Amir al-Mu'minin Mullah Mohammad Omar (رحمةالله), There have been no independent revolutions; most of them have not had an Islamic basis. While 99 percent of the people of Afghanistan are Muslims, their vision and thought consisted of Russian theoreticians, or America and its tributaries came from there; they did not remain in Afghanistan.
He added, Alhamdulillah, the popular Islamic system has become the ruler today; it is trying to communicate with the people in every part of Afghanistan. This peace that is happening was the result of the efforts of the head of the court and the mediation of the people. Almighty Allah blesses every effort of them.
At the end of the meeting, Mufti Rashid, the Mufti of the Criminal division of this court, reminded about the virtues and the importance of peace and its good consequences, and it is ended with Duwa.
