لوگر ولایت کې دوو مجرمینو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د لوګر ولایت د خروار ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې په حکم د یوې ښځې په ګډون دوو کسانو ته په ۱۳/۴/۱۴۴۶ هـ ق د نامشروع اړیکو په جرم تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.

د تعزیري سزا د تطبیق په موخه جوړه شوې غونډه کې چې د محاکمو او نورو امارتي ادارو مسؤولینو په کې ګډون درلود، د علماء کرامو لخوا د حدودو او تعزیراتو د تطبیق پر ګټو خبرې وشوې.

د خروار ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د یادو کسانو له ډلې مجرم په څلور میاشتې تنفیذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو او مجرمه په څلور میاشتې تنفیذي بند او ۳۵ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو.

د تعزیري سزا دغه حکم د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائید وروسته پر مجرمینو تطبیق شو.
