په ننګرهار ولايت کې څلورو مجرمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د ننګرهار ولایت د کوز کنړ ولسوالۍ ابتدائيه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې په ۲۴/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه د يوې ښځې په ګډون څلورو کسانو ته د نامشروع اړيکو او له کوره د تېښتې په جرمونو تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
په دې موخه جوړې شوې غونډه کې د یادې ابتدائيه محکمې رئیس مفتي لطیف الله (ستانکزي)، قضائي او اداري منسوبینو، د ولسوالۍ مرستيال، د استخباراتو مدیر، امنیه قوماندان، د نورو امارتي ادارو کارکوونکو او مراجعینو ګډون درلود.
ابتدائيه محکمې یاد مجرمين په ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې ياد حکم د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر مجرمينو تطبيق شو.
