به اساس فیصله محکمه ابتدائیه ولسوالی بگرام ولایت پروان بالای دو تن (یک مرد و یک زن) که متهم بر فعل زنا بودند؛ به تاریخ ۲۱/ ٧/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمه ابتدائيه متهمین مذکور را به ۸ ـ ۸ ماه حبس تنفیذی و ٣٩-٣٩ دره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضورداشت محترم مولوی میرآقا (ذبیح الله خالد) رئیس محکمه مرافعه، اراکین ولسوالی و مردم محل تطبيق گرديد.
