به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی فیروز نخچیر ولایت سمنگان به تاريخ ۲۶/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق بالای يک تن به اتهام سرقت در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی فیروز نخچیر متهم مذکور را يک سال حبس تنفیذی و ٣٩ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهم تطبيق شد.
