حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت بغلان تطبيق شد

حکم جزای تعزیری بالای دو مجرم در ولايت بغلان تطبيق شد 

 به اساس فيصلۀ محکمهٔ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت بغلان به شمول يک زن بالای دو تن به جرم ارتباط نامشروع؛ امروز سه شنبه مؤرخ ۲۴ /۱۰ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق در مقر محکمهٔ مذکور حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به شش ـ شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۵ - ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند.
این فيصله محکمهٔ ابتدائیه با حضورداشت مفتى مولوى عصام الحق (حقانی) رئيس محکمهٔ ابتدائيۀ مذکور، رؤسای دواوین و تمام پرسونل قضائی و اداری محکمه، علماء کرام، کارمندان نظامی و شماری از باشندگان محل تطبیق گردید.
