حکم جزای تعزیری بالای یک مجرم در ولايت سرپل تطبيق شد

به اساس فيصلۀ دیوان جزای محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت سرپل بالای یک تن به اساس داشتن جرم مجروحیت و تجاوز در حریم؛ به تاريخ ۲۵/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.

دیوان جزای محکمۀ مرافعه مجرم مذکور را به پنج ماه حبس تنفیذی، ۵۰۰۰ افغانی مصرف تداوی و ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه در محوطۀ محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت سرپل باحضور داشت رؤسای دواوین، اعضای قضائی، کارمندان اداری، خدماتی، پرسونل نظامی و مراجعین بالای مجرم تطبيق شد.
