جلسۀ قضائی میان مسؤولین محاکم مرافعه و ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ مولوی عبدالخالق ( امداد الحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس به تاریخ 4 /2 /1447 جلسۀ قضائی دایر گردید.   
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مفتی خیرالله (حقیار) آغاز گردید؛ سپس شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزاء محکمۀ شهری فصل سوم بحث مسایل التحلیف علی العلم او البتات از کتاب معین القضاة والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح نمود.
در ادامه مولوی صفی الله (حلیمی) مفتی دیوان جزاء محکمۀ مرافعه متحدالمآل نمبر (۳۱) مؤرخ ۱۸/۴  /۱۴۴۴ هـ ق  و متحدالمآل نمبر (۳۲) مؤرخ ۱/۷/۱۴۴۵ هـ ق را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه تشریح نمود. 
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
