د زابل ولايت ارغنداب ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې رئيس او قضائي غړو په ډېرو هڅو، د قومي مشرانو په منځګړيتوب په ۱۲/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه.
یاده موضوع په ۱۴/ ۱۲/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق نېټه په ارغنداب ولسوالۍ کې رامنځته شوې وه؛ چې په پايله کې یې يو کس په قتل رسېدلی و.
ياده موضوع ابتدائیه محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه، د مسؤولينو لخوا طرفینو ته د سولې ترغيب وشو، د قاتل کورنۍ لخوا ديت ورکړل شو او رسماً يې موضوع پای ته ورسېده.
