به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی ساغر ولايت غور بالای یک تن به جرم فساد اخلاقی؛ به تاريخ ۲۰/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه مجرم مذکور را بر ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
