جلسۀ هفته وار میان مسؤولین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس دایر گردید

تحت ریاست الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امدادالحق) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 8 /8 /1447 هـ ق نشست هفته وار دایر گردید.   

ابتداء جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس مولوی محمد نعیم (عدیم) رئيس محکمه ابتدائيۀ شهری الفصل الخامس فی الطلاق از کتاب معین القضات والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
در ادامه متحدالمآل نمبر (52) سال ۱۴۴۴هـ ق توسط شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزای محکمه ابتدائيه شهری برای حاضرین تشریح گردید. 

جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
