به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی زاری ولايت بلخ بالای یک زن به جرم روابط نامشروع؛ امروز يکشنبه مؤرخ ۱۱/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه زن مجرم را به پنج سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
