به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی شیرین تگاب ولايت فاریاب بالای سه تن به شمول يک زن به جرم روابط نامشروع؛ امروز دوشنبه (مؤرخ ۱۲/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين را به يک ـ یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۱ـ ۳۱ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که این فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه؛ در حضور اعضای قضائی، علماء کرام، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی و جمع کثیری مردم عام بالای مجرمين تطبيق شد.
