به اساس فیصلۀ دیوان امنیت عامۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت بامیان بالای یک تن به جرم تولید شراب؛ امروز پنجشنبه (مؤرخ ۲۹ /۱۰/۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرم را به دو سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که مجرم مذکور به این فیصله قناعت نموده بود.
این فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضورداشت مسؤولین محاکم و ادارات دیگر امارتی و مردم عام بالای مجرم تطبیق شد.
