أنجزت الأمانة العامة للمحكمة العليا خلال الربع الثالث من عام ١٤٤٧ هـ ق الأنشطة المهمة التالية:
بالإضافة إلى معالجة (٥٠١) طلباً في قسم نقل القضايا بين المحاكم، قامت الأمانة العامة بالنظر في (١١٢) موضوعاً متعلقاً بـ الاستفسارات القانونية، و (٣٤٠) موضوعاً خاصاً بطلبات إعادة النظر، و (٣٩) موضوعاً في تنازع الاختصاص، و (٢٢٢) موضوعاً متنوعاً؛ كما قامت بإرسال (١١) تعميماً إلى كافة المحاكم.
