تحت رهبری الحاج مولوی شمسالله (عزیزی) رئيس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بغلان، به تاریخ ۱۴/ ۱/ ۱۴۴۸هـ ق به هدف بررسی جواب استهداآت، پاسخدهی به پرسشها و پیشنهادات حقوقی محاکم ابتدائيه و رفع نیازمندیها در بخش اداری جلسه رؤسای دواوین برگزار شد.
این جلسه که با حضور رؤسای دواوین، آمرین وثایق و حقوق دایر شده بود، پس از تبادل نظر و اتخاذ تصامیم لازم برای بهبود امور با دعاء خیر به پایان رسید.
