تحت رهبری رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس جلسه هفته‌وار دایرگردید

تحت رهبری الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امداد الحق) رئيس عمومی محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 28 /1 /1448هـ ق جلسه هفته‌وار دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ سپس شیخ محی الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامه محکمه مرافعه بخش باقی‌ماندۀ فصل چهارم کتاب معین القضاة والمفتین (الفصل الرابع فی حد السرقة) را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
در ادامه (فصل اول اصول تطبیق تعزیر) از کتاب اصولنامه جزائی محاکم و متحدالمآل نمبر (۳) سال ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق توسط شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزا محکمه ابتدائيه شهری برای حاضرین تشریح گردید.
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
