تحت رهبری رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت کندز جلسه رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید

تحت رهبری محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمه مرافعه ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دواوین مرافعه، به تاریخ 26 /2 /1448هـ ق غرض بررسی استهداآت واصله محاکم مربوطه جلسه رؤسای دواوین دایرگردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از قرآنکریم آغاز شد؛ سپس استهداآت واصله مورد غور و مداقه حاضرین جلسه قرارگرفت؛ بعد از تحلیل و ارزیابی همه جانبه حاضرین در نشست احکام و هدایات‌شان را با رعایت قوانین شرعی و متحدالمآل‌های ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات وظیفه داده شد؛ تا احکام جلسه را به مراجع مربوطه غرض اجراآت بعدی ارسال نماید.
